I really hate the Disney Channel and all the crap which they show on it. They have polluted the world with their oh so wholesome family entertainment. Fine I dont have a problem with their animated stuff as it’s really good. I feel sick everytime I read about stars such as Miley Cyrus, Jonas Brothers and all the other annoying people they have turned into stars. Disney is a very evil organization which wants to ruin the lives of young children by subjecting them to God awful programs. People actually have to pay extra to get Disney as part of their cable tv package and not to mention buying all that merchandise for their kids i.e. camp rock and its whole line of shitty products, high school musical , jonas brothers etc.
They know very well that they can keep churning out crappy programs and get the gullible children to buy their products. Parents dread the Disney Channel at home as a sizable chunk of their income goes down the drain with the obscene amount they have to pay for the channel as well as the overpriced and crappy merchandise. A friend of mine prays that his daughter does not find about high school musical 3 as she does not want her to go out and watch it. I doubt he can do much as they receive a lot of premium channels at home for free and she will find out thanks to all the adverts promoting the movie.
Ok maybe if i were a pre-teen or clueless kid i would be sucked in by what i saw on tv but then i would regret my taste years down the line. Disney turns kids into mindless zombies who follow them blindly. They have already turned the Jonas brothers into household names. I had no idea who they were until I found out about their promise rings. I dont buy that for a minute and applaud Russell Brand for taking the piss out of them at the MTV Awards. Oh please i dont believe for a minute that they are so chaste that they can go without sex. It’s just power hungry Disney execs and publicists who keep that image as not to alienate their fans. Fine I am glad that they are abstaining for sex or whatever but then I dont believe that they are actually gonna do that. Britney Spears claimed to be a virgin for a very long time and look at how that turned out. If something is squeaky clean and unnaturally perfect there has to be something wrong there. If they are kids who are growing up then i can bet their hormones are raging and being in showbiz i doubt they would miss any opportunity to get laid. Furthermore Perez Hilton was right when he dubbed miley cyrus a slut as she is going down that route anyway.
I really really really hate the Disney Channel and all its annoying little stars. Please dont watch the Disney Channel as it’s just poison. Dont watch High School Musical 3. It’s a waste of time.

What’s even worse is that most of these fans of Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus write like this: “JADORE THE LIL DANCE TODALLY CUTE” and “It IS an amazing feeling when you meet them or if they even look at you. I met them once, and Nick asked me for a hug[I'm notttt making this up, don't hate haha]and at the concert I went to a couple weeks ago, I was in the pit, & I was getting really into the song and then we made eye contact, he smiled, then said something to John [from the backup band]. I completely froze.” If anyone knows what they’re talking about, I’ll give you all the cash I have in my checking and savings account.

hehe. yeah. these disney fanboys/girls dont have lives. I feel sorry for them. That’s why I think that Disney is evil for ruining so many lives with their programming which corrupts so many young minds. I just came back from my friend’s place. His daughter is hooked to the Disney Channel. I know more about their teen stars aka cash cows than i know before just by spending 3 hours in the tv lounge.

I can’t even stand to hear the SOUND of any of the live action series. Every 30 seconds or so, give or take, I hear the “BA-HA-HA-HA” of the (I guess) live studio audience. Are these real people laughing at this inanity? If so, are these real people on some sort of meds? Truly, I feel my brain cells withering as I hear it in the background.
I think that there is still quality animation on Disney, specifically Phineas and Ferb, Lilo and Stitch, American Dragon:Jake Long, and Proud Family. But so much of the day is dedicated to the live action shows. While I don’t claim to know much about Hollywood history, I feel that there’s something reminiscent of the old studio system of the early 20th century in the promotion and programming of Disney. Everything seems so calculated. Everyone is cross marketed and cross promoted. Even Phineas and Ferb, in my mind the gold standard in Disney programming, is not immune. It features the VOICES OF HSM’S ASHLEY TISDALE and HANNAH MONTANA’S MITCHELL MUSSO!! As if any of this contributed to the quality of the show. My children like this stuff, unfortunately, and I am needing time to myself. So I let them watch.

true. kids do enjoy the Disney Channel. I just can’t stand it because of it’s oh so wholesome values which are a bit too much to digest.
