Holiday (Celebrate)

I had to scrap my earlier post as it was too long and boring. I knew it was boring while i was writing it so i decided to start from scratch. I had a great time this weekend when i went over to Alton Towers with my friends. Let’s just say that the road trip was loads of fun. I couldn’t wait to reach the hotel as it had been a long time since i stayed at any. Fortunately i was supposed to be sharing the room with one of marty’s friends so i didnt have to pay the full rate. I got a pretty good rate for 2 nights. The hotel took time checking us in (like forever) and then they had to make us change rooms. It pissed me off big time so i stormed off to give  the manager a big lecture. We headed off to the water park (ground level of the hotel) in our flip flops and shorts. The guys went in the water while their spouses stayed near the pool area keeping an eye  out on their hubbies and kids. It wasn’t easy for us guys to go off and have our bit of fun. We managed to get an opportunity to try out some of the rides when the kids were with their mums. We tried the ride where we got to sit on rafts and go down a slide at full speed. That was a lot of fun as we screeched down the dark slide and landed in the pool (one at a time though). We decided to give it another try while marty and sherry waited in line for the other water raft slide thingie which went around the park (it wasn’t actually a raft. It’s easier to call it a raft to save time)it as more like an over sized inflated ring which u sit on with ur legs sticking out. The other ride took me by surprise. It was very fast and was virtually unstoppable. There was a point where i thought i would fall over when the raft changed direction. I nearly chaffed my ass coz it wasn’t at mid point. I was relieved when i reached the landing point. We left to change after a couple of hours in the park. There was a surprise waiting for me when i reached the room. There were four tubs of candy in the room along with several balloons. So i took three of the tubs and distributed them amongst the three couples along with the balloons.  I am glad I took time out to complain to the manager. Then I took a nice long bubble bath (the hotel was kind enough to provide us with imperial lather shower gel, bubble bath, mint tea shampoo) so that i could feel better. We decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant as we had no other options available. We were really hungry at that point as none of us had had any lunch. The buffet cost us around 16 quid each and it took us an hour to get our table. It’s a good thing they had some stuff which we could eat. I only helped himself to the vegetarian and fish stuff lying around. I also helped myself to loads of salad and chips. I was so hungry that i piled up a lot of food on my plate. I didn’t care what the others thought as i wanted to get my money’s worth. It wasn’t surprising when i finished that in 5 minutes. I went over for 2 more helpings (i filled up my plate yet again. yeah i am a greedy bastard). It’s a pity i was too stuffed to have any soup. The best part was that there we got to have ice cream for dessert. I had four scoops of ice cream topped with marshmallows, strawberries and some sprinkles. It wasn’t a surprise when i could barely walk or burp later. The guys decided to sneak out for some quality bonding time later when the women and children slept. We had a round of virgin pina coladas and J2Os (non alcoholic) till the hotel bar closed down. I had a great time making potshots at Marty and vice versa. I mean we had no bad intentions and it was all for fun anyway. We had to wake up early the following morning so we could go to the theme park. I had to rush towards the breakfast area as they finished serving after 10 am. I am glad i got 40 minutes to have my breakfast. I felt nauseous at the sight of food (gee i wonder why?) so i helped myself to cereal and a croissant along with some water juice.

The theme park was a lot of fun as there was a lot to do. I chose to sit out most of the rides and helped with the kids. We had a great meal at Eastern Express. Marty was wise enough to ask a girl working over there for directions to the nearest Indian Restaurant in the area so that we could have something for dinner. I know i havent written about the day in details. There isn’t much to write about over here. I mean i am so chicken that i sat out most of the thrilling rides. I had loads of slush puppies on the way (slush as we call it in Pak). We got to ride on the cable car all the way to the other side of the park. I was freaking out cause i have a fear of heights and they were talking about the car dropping. Unfortunately we were unable to go back across the park coz the cable car stopped operating after a certain time. We had to take shortcut to the hotel so that we could relax. The walk was around 1 km long and we were knackered by the time we reached a gate which was a buffer between the hotel and park. The gate was locked and we nearly freaked out coz the intercom wasn’t working earlier. Fortunately my roommate (marty’s friend anj) managed to get them to respond. They sent some guy over to let us out. I was so tired that i took yet another bubble bath. We got ready on time so that we could go for dinner at the place the girl had told us about. It was a bit tough but we found the place. We were totally surprised when we found “Thornbury Hall Rasoi” as it was something we hadn’t expected. It was a nice elegant place with a beautiful backdrop. The owners of the restaurant were British Pakistani and the girl we met earlier in the day was the daughter of the proprietors. Marty joked about the girl inviting us for a free meal a couple of times. The hosts were quite nice and gracious to us. The decor was in good taste and the food was excellent. It was cooked really well and was not greasy at all. We topped up the food with dessert which was in a class by itself. I have never had ice cream like that in my life ever. I felt like going for another helping but then i was really full by that time. We had a nice drive back to the hotel later.

The following day was quite sad as we had to go back home. We made the most of the day by going back to the water park. We decided to have some lunch at Leicester on the way. However we didn’t anticipate the time it would take us to reach there. We finally managed to get some stuff to eat at Kebabish. Lunch was followed by some last minute shopping (women will be women after all). I got a bit sick on the way thanks to the weather. I managed to jump out at hanger’s lane and catch the train home. The train service was a bit slow that night and i reached home at 11.30 pm.

Anyway we all had a superb time and it was one of my best trips ever. I was hardly stressed out and i got to spend time with my friends. The highlights of the trips were all those comments we passed and all those jokes we cracked. The running gag throughout the whole trip was me sharing the room with anj. Apparently we were supposed to be more than roomies and a dozen jokes were made on our behalf.

one of the best parts of the trip was when Marty managed to nick a key chain with the words”i am totally addicted to blokes” on it and stealthy attached it to sherry’s jacket. It was really tough trying not to crack up over that sight.

Ah those were good times and i shall always treasure those memories.

Positivity

I feel like a new person and it’s all thanks to a person who has been helping me change myself. Hmmm part of me feels like Alanis Morissette (her transition from “jagged little pill” to “Formerly infatuated information junkie”).It is always good to be positive as one can achieve a lot in his life. There have been times when i have been very bitter, sardonic (or sarcastic), cynical and that has not been good for me. Heck why should i hide the fact that it was my friend Mo who has been a good role model for me. He has taken a lot of time from his life to help me a lot of stuff. There is a lot of stuff i have to work on but at least i know what lies ahead for me. I know it may sound cliched but it is the truth. Resenting everything and living in the past is not such a great idea. It doesn’t help a person move on. It is not healthy for a person to have resentment or obsess over non-trivial issues. I just realized that a lot of time is wasted when a person keeps bringing up the past. It wont resolve anything and one looses precious time which he could have used to do something practical. Mo has taught me a lot and i am quite grateful to him. He was right when he said that one shouldn’t make excuses for anything. Excuses in my theory are more like barriers we put up so that we can shift the blame onto others. We can easily get around these barriers if we are determined to do something. External factors such as people may get you down but then you are not living life for them. You are living life for yourself. Now i feel that i should look at the positive side of everything. I did not get the job i applied for but that doesn’t mean I lost all hope. Heck i got some positive feedback from those people and that makes me feel good. Ego is a factor which can stop a person from doing a lot. Hence i have to sacrifice all that and put a positive spin to it. I feel that if something doesnt go right one can always look at it in a positive way. That’s how life should be like. Take it one step at a time. Mo was right when he said live in the Now. That is how everything should be like. I am positive because i am spiritually attuned and praying everyday MashAllah se. Allah loves those people who pray to Him regularly. Those people who loved them selves and think positively have a lot to look forward to. I hope this positivity buzz never wears out. I feel so motivated and so charged that i feel like going on doing a ton of good positive stuff out there. I know there will be times when i will feel down but then i shall remind myself of all the good things out there in the world and remember what Mo told me.

That’s one reason why I want to be positive. Things may be shitty at times but I will bounce back. This goes out for the rest of you all as well. Good times and bad times go together. Just try and look at everything in a positive way and you shall feel good or simply stick with people who wont bring you down. Loyalty is an important factor here and that is what will make u go on.

My weekend

It’s been a long time since I had a great time on the weekend. I enjoyed my first bank holiday of 2008 recently. Friday and saturday were boring days for me as i didn’t have much to do. Sunday wasn’t that bad as i had to go to my cousin’s place for some sort of sermon. I am glad I didn’t go earlier (mainly because i didn’t know where to go). The sermon was halfway through when we reached there. The funny thing was that the whole thing was in french-creole so i didn’t understand anything. I had to pinch myself to prevent myself from nodding off to sleep. I have never seen so many Mauritian enthusiasts. It’s a good thing that some people are really into religion but i found it a it startling at times when some guy kept saying “SubhaAllah” in a loud voice. I felt like a heathen at that time (this is surprising cause i pray as much as I can and try to follow the tenets of Islam) because i did not feel like i was part of the whole thing. My cousin’s hubby was taping the whole thing and there was a part where he was trying to find some free space on his dv-cam. He accidentally switched over to some song/dance routine taped on it and everyone started smirking coz the music was really loud. The best part of the evening was when my cousin’s father in law recited a naat. it was quite moving as i had never heard someone recite it with so much passion. It should be noted that Urdu isn’t their mother tongue and it was a really good effort on his part. We had a really heavy dinner after the sermon was over. I hung around a bit and watched some of my cousin in law’s cousins play pool in the game room. The night was nice and cold coz of the weather. It had rained all sunday so the weather was a bit damp.

Monday wasn’t that bad at all as i had to wake up early to make it to sherry’s place down south. It took me 1.5 hours to get there. I had an interesting journey on the Jubliee Line from Stratford. There was this old Black Lady who sat next to me during the journey. As soon as the train made it’s way from Stratford, she started delivering a sermon about Jesus and repenting our sins at the top of her voice. I think she had the whole carriage’s attention with her loud voice. Her efforts were sincere but i doubt anyone was interested. I didn’t mind what she had to say as we all have similar beliefs. Anyway it was just the fact that she was really loud which was annoying me. It’s a good thing i was listening to music on my mp3 player (though it wasn’t loud enough to drown her voice out). Fortunately she left after a couple of stops and there was peace in the carriage. As soon as she left everyone started either laughing or smirking as it was more like a freak show for them hehe.

Anyway I reached my destination on time. I had to reach there before 1 as we had planned to go for lunch at some place in Kingston Upon Thames. The weather was terrible on monday as it was raining heavily. Fortunately it let up a bit when we were on the road. It took us forever to find parking as everyone had gone out for the day. It was a good thing there was a parking slot near the church. Unfortunately it took us forever to walk to the venue. Sherry’s spouse gave me a cake to carry with me (it was sherry’s birthday the following day). It wasn’t tough to hide the cake from sherry. I sneaked off towards one of the busgirls and asked her to bring the cake after we had our meal. Marty and his son were there as expected. There were four other friends present at the lunch as well. The busgirl or let’s just call her waitress brought the cake after we had our meal. Then we went off to the bowling alley downstairs while the ladies went off to shop. After an hour and a half worth of waiting downstairs (with loud music blaring in the background) we decided to go out. There were no slots for bowling available so the kids were unable to go bowling. We then decided to go to tk-maxx as sherry wanted to get something. The women joined us there later as they also had to get some stuff. We had a great time over there as marty was full of tricks. He managed to switch labels on a few items in the store. I think i must have bugged him a lot as i had nothing better to do. He was a good target as he was wearing red shoes. They reminded me of dorothy’s shoes from “The Wizard of Oz”. I kept asking him if he wanted to go back to oz or stay in kansas. haha. I also asked him if he would like to go back home if he were to tap his shoes three times :D

Anyway i managed to get home really late coz i had an early dinner at sherry’s place.

Worst Movie Ever

“Meet the Spartans” has to be one of the worst movies ever made in Hollywood. There are a lot of movies in Hollywood which can compete for worst movie ever but then this one takes the cake. I can’t believe i wasted my time watching a stupid movie full of gross out jokes which failed to make me laugh. There was a time when they used to make great spoofs in Hollywood. They made classics such as “Airplane” and “Naked Gun”. Somehow Hollywood has lost it’s direction as they can’t seem to make a good movie. There are a lot of pop culture references in movies but then they tend to be really tired.

“MTS” was a lame rip-off of “300″ and it didn’t make me laugh at all. Maybe i am a bit too old to watch stupid movies and i dont have the patience but still i didnt enjoy the movie. It seems that the movie was made for mindless people who dont have any taste in movies or was just simply catering to the 13-20 demographics.  I would have been happier watching “Ram Gopal varma ki aag” rather than watch that pathetic excuse of a movie.

I wont lie here that i love comedy movies which can be silly but then this one was really dumb. “Date Movie”, “Epic Movie” and all the countless other spoofs were all stupid and gross. I liked “Harold and Kumar go to whitecastle” coz it was silly but made me laugh (Even if there were drug references in the movie).

One hour of my life wasted watching that movie. Agh

Lootmaar

This is not some post about looting people at gunpoint and taking their money. It’s more about Lootmaar.com (the desi ebay). There have been a number of attempts made by some budding entrepeneurs to create some sort of alternative to ebay. They have failed coz we Pakistanis are primarily known to find shortcuts to success i.e. defrauding others, inferior products, not delivering what they promised, etc (basically the same thing). Lootmaar may not match the standards of ebay but it shows a lot of promise. They have done everything right by catering to it’s target audience needs. There aren’t many items available for sale but at least there is a platform for people to buy and sell goods. The website is quite user friendly and has a large number of categories (though some of them dont have any items listed there.) Lootmaar’s popularity is growing by word of mouth and they have also received a lot of attention on the electronic media via interviews of the co-founders on Dawn News and CNBC Pakistan. Congrats to the PR at Lootmaar for spreading the good word around. It should also be known that these people also have other jobs and are still sacrificng their precious time to make sure that this venture succeeds. It is good to know that there are hard working dedicated people in Pakistan who want to provide a good service to people. InshAllah hope they are successful in every way. I thought i would do my bit and promote them on my blog ( well i also need to add the fact that one of the co-founders is a good friend of mine. Just thought i should lend a hand here)

Consoles: PS3 or Xbox 360

I can’t believe i have a PS3 at home. I have never been a Sony Fanboy because i have always been rooting for Microsoft all the way despite their flawed products i.e. Windows Vista, ME. I have always been a die-hard Xbox fan ever since i heard that Microsoft was planning to enter the consoles/video games market. That is one reason why my brother and I got an Xbox in 2002 (actually my elder sibling paid for it: D). my poor Xbox finally died last month (no wait it’s still working but it wont read discs). The point is that I have always loved playing console games. That does not give me any bragging rights coz I suck at playing games. I haven’t finished most of them coz i am too lazy. In fact my brother who is busier than me manages to finish them coz he is dedicated. He is a big fan of the Final Fantasy series which was one reason why he got the PS2 in 2006 so he could play Final Fantasy XII. However I finished the game before him cause he was busy with his projects at his college hehehe (he still hasn’t finished the game).

Hmmm seems i have gone a bit off-topic here.

I had been drooling over the Xbox 360 ever since it was unveiled in 2005. I thought i would be able to buy one within a year but then fate had something else in store for me. The reason why I wanted one was because the Xbox 360 has a huge library of impressive games. The best part about the Xbox 360 is that it allows you to play pirated games. In comparison the PS3 had a slow launch and was too expensive. Most of the good games on the PS3 were inferior ports of Xbox 360 games. I always used to bad mouth the PS3 and laughed at the people who bought one. Anyway a couple of months before I was about to buy an Xbox 360 I found out about the RROD (Red ring of death). A lot of Xbox 360 owners complained about their Xbox 360 dying on them after flashing the red ring of death. I thought it was just an isolated incident till Microsoft admitted there was a fault in some of its units. That was why they decided to extend the warranty for 3 years and offered to replace the bricked units. That would have been great except for the fact that they wouldn’t replace units which were modified. That means most of us who love playing pirated games would have lost their investment. I heard that the latest versions of the Xbox 360 aren’t that bad as they use new improved chip designs and allow for better ventilation.(Yawn my post is so boring and so long. I am pretty sure everyone is aware of that). Well let’s just say that in the end I had to settle for the PS3 despite the fact that you can’t play pirated games on it. The pros are that at least you won’t have to worry about it conking out, you can play games online free of charge and it has a built in wireless card. I didn’t have to shell out any money for the PS3 because my brother got one as a graduation present from my elder sibling. He got two games with it (lousy games might I add. Who wants to play boxing or the Tom Clancy vegas game anyway?). It’s a good thing my brother is working nowadays. He can afford to buy an original game every month now. I am still waiting for the games he has ordered.

I have been using the PS3 to download mini-games and trailers from the Playstation Store. We finally got a 1mb DSL connection from Link.net. I asked for a wireless router so it would be easy for us to play games online. The best part about it is that I get to lie down and play the games using the wireless controller. I can even check my email through the PS3 Browser. The PS3 doesn’t get heated up so fast and it doesn’t make any noise. However this does not mean that I won’t get an xbox 360. There is a console out there with my name written on it. So for the time being I am content with “my” beautiful PS3 (with it’s beautiful matte exterior).

Cat in Heat

I am glad that wordpress finally decided to do something about the interface. The current version is really good and is user friendly. It was a nightmare using the old interface cause it was quite dull and buggy. Hence it was one reason why i stopped blogging for a while.

Oh yeah i was supposed to be talking about my cat in heat. It gets very tiring and annoying when my cat (actually she is my brother’s cat but since we are family she also belongs to me) is in heat. She is my favorite pet and i love her a lot despite the fact that she has a lot of attitude and is really selfish. It’s not a big deal if she bites me or scratches me cause she is an innocent lil creature. She is adorable even if  she is  throwing up after being too greedy (only Garfield can get away with being a glutton), stealing the broast chicken from the table (yeah she loves chicken) or making a racket at night when she wants to be fed (or clawing or scratching my brother while he is sleeping or throwing his stuff off the table to get some attention. ) However i can’t stand it when she is in heat cause it drives us all insane. My dad is the first one to panic cause he cant stand her yowling. The first thing he does is to take her to the vet to get some sort of injection to help her cool down. It tends to be annoying cause it takes 48 hours to help her cool down. We don’t want her to have any kittens cause it’s a big headache. I really loathe her when she is in that position because she is so sweet and submissive and practically humps against everything. I certainly dont enjoy her coming up to me when i am praying and she starts rubbing against my feet and licking them. I think she must have practically rubbed against everything in the house i.e wireless router, wireless card, monitor, table, shoes, deodrant, etc. (you get the drift). The worst part is that all the toms in the neighborhood queue up outside cause they are waiting for their chance to mingle with the celeb cat who lives a luxurious life. Her yowls are  loud enough to attract a dozen toms to help her. I am glad she is back to normal now and is sleeping like all cats do.

PS. I watched the “Cat Orgy” episode last night. It reminded me a lot of my cat and her state of mind hehe.

Our WoW Obssession

I always wanted to play the “World of Warcraft” ever since it came out 4 years ago. Unfortunately I was unable to play the game as it is subscription based (which i couldn’t afford) and the fact that i didn’t have a pc of my own. Fortunately for the rest of the world who couldn’t afford to pay 14 pounds a month subscription fees, hackers managed to host cracked versions of WoW on their own servers allowing people to experience the true joy of WoW. I wasn’t aware that WoW could be run on private servers till my cousin told me about it. It took me forever to convince my brother to let me install WoW on his pc. He has administrative rights while i can’t do squat. My brother got convinced on the day his anal retentive friend installed WoW on his system. It took forever for us to install the game because the game required around 5 patches of around 600 mb each before gameplay. My brother and his friend thought it would be cool to play together as part of a team together. Anyway they decided to play on the “Falling angels” server while i wanted to play on “Wowscape”. “The falling angels” was a very boring server as there were hardly any people around. My brother and his friend were the horde, while i naturally selected a human in the alliance because the humans are more good looking. My brother and his friend took the horde cause only “cool” people choose the horde. Geez who died and made them the masters of ” i decide what is cool”.

The people on the server were quite nice and i made a lot of friends in the guild. However i hardly had anyone helping me as there weren’t many people around. I was unable to change the server as i was unable to figure it out. I finally figured out the way one fine day and i happily tried to log on to wowscape. Unfortunately i was unable to log on as it required the “Burning Crusade” expansion. I had to convince my brother nearly everyday to install the “BC” expansion. He refused to install it cause there were a few bugs according to his friend (let’s call him AA short for anal annie) . Agh it was agonizing as i was unable to progess thanks to AA. He had more influence on my brother than me. My brother and AA would spend the whole night playing WoW despite the fact that AA had to go to work in the morning. (I used to wait forever to play WoW because my brother used to play for hours.) It was a joyous occasion when AA ate his words and installed “BC”. My brother quickly followed suit and made me a happy man due to his act of “kindness”. (though it was more for himself than me). They made this move because they wanted to play on wowscape. AA took forever to choose a character on the server. I know this for a fact because he would spend hours on the phone with my brother trying to choose a character. Boy it’s weird how obsessed some people can become. It’s a bit scary and throws me off big time. My poor brother had to wait forever till AA chose a character. However AA was not content with wowscape because it was not like the original WoW servers. It had a 3x rate (translation: it gave you three times the experience, items looted, money etc) and it bugged him that he was leveling up so fast. So it was bye bye Wowscape and hello to some other shitty server. At last count they have tried like 5 different servers thanks to AA’s obsessive nature. Tsk Tsk that is really sad.

I had a great time playing on wowscape. I made a number of friends who were quite friendly and helped me with my quests. I also got a lot of free gold :D. It used to be really upsetting for me when there were power outages in the neighborhood and i was unable to go online because worldcall was on the same phase. It was comforting that we didn’t face any power outages but then what good is a pc without the internet (hence one reason why we are switching to DSL.) There were three occasions when the internet died on me thanks to kesc and Worldcall’s incompetence (seems that Salman Taseer is more interested in throwing grand parties than caring about his poor customers. Horny Bastard) Anyway i met a lot of east Europeans on the servers and some of the character names threw me off. It seemed like as if there was a big east European mafia on the server. Most of the time these people would attack each other and things were quite chaotic on the server. I managed to level up to level 32 but then my trusty internet connection failed once again when i was in the catacombs. Sadly I have been unable to log on to wowscape because it requires the new patch. My brother refuses to patch up because his server doesn’t support it as yet. This means i have to wait like forever till that happens. (Talk about being obsessed)

Well i am no better than AA but at least i have found some other activities  to help me kill time. :) God save us all.

Designers with overinflated egos

Pakistan has been “blessed” with a large number of fashion designers or whatever they call them nowadays. These people rake in the big bucks because they usually associate themselves with wealthy people who take a shine to their clothes (translation: they just want to be in vogue.) These designers should realize that most of their revenue comes from the rest of us ordinary folks who buy clothes from their designer outlets. So they’d better be nice to us (haha fat chance of that happening. They seem to think they are beyond the reach of the hoi polloi)

It’s true that a lot of people can’t afford to pay high prices for clothes they will will only wear once (except for wedding outfits) unless their money was obtained in dodgy ways (Read: smuggling, bribes, etc. ) Anyway i am drifting away from the topic here. It bores me to turn on fashion tv and to see them in all their glory being so pretentious in every way and behaving in a campy manner. Yawn i dont want to watch a stupid nomi ansari or some other queen behaving like as if the whole world revolves around them and all the celebrities love them. Anyway my new policy is to let people be themselves as it’s none of my business (yeah i know i have just bitched about them but then it’s my last time).

The only thing which gets my goat is when these designers start acting like major turds or assholes. Madeeha Syed, Editor at “Images” got into a lot of trouble because of her piece in “The Review” which was about designers. The name of the designer was not mentioned but it was obvious that she was talking about Maheen Khan. A writer is entitled to his/her point of view while writing a piece. She simply stated that she was not impressed by Maheen’s new line of richshaw art. She also felt that Maheen hasn’t grown as a designer despite being in the industry like forever. I agree with her when she claims that Maheen only designs whatever is in vogue globally. A designer should be original and not one of those nuts who follows every trend out there. Originality is the name of the game. We don’t need someone who blindly keeps changing track cause the world is doing so. Anyway i don’t think Maheen was pleased by that piece as she threatened to sue Madeeha for slander. It’s sad to see how conceited some people can be. Why was she so bothered by an article which criticized her? It wasn’t as if she accused of something which wasn’t true. Wake up maheen cause there are loads of famous people out there in the world who get criticized for everything. Celebrities and designers in the west don’t have some sort of immunity against bad reviews or scathing criticism. Heck the tabloids are worse as they print all sorts of lies about them and yet life goes on. Madeeha Syed was right when she said that our local designers can’t take any criticism. Those plucky journalists who are courageous enough to voice their opinions are banished to the phantom zone. This should stop once and for all. Journalists should band together to stop the velvet mafia from influencing them. Shame on all those who have to kiss ass just so that they wont get banned from all fashion industry events or designer interviews.

If all these assholes don’t learn to take criticism in their stride then i am afraid we don’t have any real talent in Pakistan.

PS. To all designers: It wont help your cause if you spread rumors about the sanity of the writers who slashed you into pieces in their piece. Grow up.
